We will be hosting an open evening for all interested parties to learn more about the one-bedroom flats which are designed for those of limited means.
Initially 30 new homes will be created offering residents the comfort and security of their own home within a friendly and respectful neighbourhood with warden support.
We will be providing an update on the timescale for all interested parties regarding the development, which is on the corner of Sealark Road and Grove Road, and the open evening will give you the opportunity to discuss your eligibility with the housing team.
