Bingo night raises £475 for Autism Hampshire

Residents present Autism Hampshire with cheque from bingo session.

A bingo night organised by residents and staff from the independent-living homes at Thorngate Churcher Trust has raised £475 in support of Autism Hampshire.

The charity was nominated by one of the residents, who has lived experience of autism and wanted to support a cause close to their heart.

To show their gratitude, Autism Hampshire’s Supporter Care Officer from the fundraising team recently visited to meet the people who helped organise the event and to thank them for choosing Autism Hampshire.

The funds raised will help Autism Hampshire continue its work supporting autistic people and their families across the county.
